It contributes to your exhaustion, shortness of breath, and that infamous hair loss postpartum, too!

And when you take it, remember to stay away from dairy 2 hours before taking it, and 2 hours after – other wise the dairy interferes with the body’s ability to absorb iron from food and supplements.
