Here are some other things you can take if you’re experiencing cold and cough-like symptoms!
To boost your immunity and cut back healing time:
-Take Vitamin C just until stools get soft AND for the 1st trimester you’ll want to make sure it has rose hips or bioflabinoids – you can accidentally use too much Vitamin C and terminate pregnancy!
-Elderberry Syrup
-Vitamin D at least 5000 IU daily
-Zinc – 40 mg daily
For cough symptoms – drink pineapple juice and raw honey
For a sore throat – gargle salt water
For congestion – take hot showers, but not hot baths – Hot baths after the first trimester aren’t terrible but can drop your blood pressure which can make you lightheaded and woozy, and you could utilize a netty pot with added silver!
And you could take quercetin and glutathione!
