If you find yourself thinking of worst-case scenarios on a daily basis, affirmations may be a useful tool to help shift your mindset AND improve your life.
What exactly is an affirmation? Do you have to be religious to believe in them? Nope!
Affirmations are phrases or statements that we repeat to ourselves to help us shift our minds.
Think of it this way:
Try and think back to before you knew 2+2=4…you had to count on your fingers and think about it. Now, you automatically know the answer.
This is how the brain works – it automates things we do/say often enough.
SO, by repeating affirmations enough, your brain will start to think these thoughts automatically!!
